We know this is a difficult time. If something did not work for you, we want to make it right.

Unused passes

If you have not used a pass to unlock a slideshow, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Used passes

If you unlocked a slideshow and the video did not work for the service (for example, it would not play on the funeral home's equipment or the export failed), email us within 14 days of purchase. We will help fix the problem, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

How to request a refund

Email support@memorialslideshowmaker.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Tell us roughly when you bought the pass. Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
